Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI)
The IDI is a statistically reliable, cross-culturally valid measure of Intercultural competence based on Dr. Milton Bennet's Developmental Model of Intercultural Sensitivity (DMIS). The IDI can be used for a wide variety of purposes, including:

The IDI is a 50-item, theory based paper and pencil instructions ent that assess the major stages of intercultural competence as a conceptualized in the DMIS theory. The instrument is easy to complete, and it can generate a graphic profile of an individual's or group's predominant stage of intercultural development and textual interpretation of that stage and associate transition issues.
Intercultural Conflict Style (ICS) Inventory
Living and working in a multicultural society demands the ability to recognize and appropriately respond to "cultural" differences in conflict. This workshop will give you critically important awareness and tools needed to effectively. manage and resolve conflicts. The practical "four-quadrant intercultural conflict style model" developed by Dr. Mitchell Hammer provides a rich framework for increasing competence in cross-cultural resolution. This model identifies two core, culturally-learned approaches: (1) direct or indirect strategies for resolving disagreements and (2) emotionally expressive or restrained approaches for dealing with conflict. Myers-Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI)
